Holland Capital Management LLC is a U.S. equity and fixed income institutional investment management firm established in 1991. The firm is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois and is a minority business enterprise (MBE). On December 8, 2009, Holland Capital announced that control and ownership of the firm had been transferred from Louis A. Holland to a group of the firm's employees led by Monica Walker, one of the firm's founding partners, who became CEO of the firm. The transaction was financed internally and investment bank Colchester Partners advised Holland Capital on the transaction. A Seward & Kissel team led by partners James Abbott, Jack Rigney and Ronald Cima and including associates Michael O'Brien, Jennifer Pearson and Jonathan Bobinger, represented the Holland Capital employee group in connection with this transaction.
