The Scarsdale Inquirer, The New York Law Journal, The Review Press Express, and the University of Virginia School of Law also covered his centenary, and Mayor Bloomberg and Governor Paterson sent celebratory remarks to Mr. Seward acknowledging his contributions to the legal community.
August 4, 2010	Partner Bob Walder advised the asset-backed commercial paper dealer community with respect to the comment letter submitted by the ASF to the SEC regarding proposed amendments to Reg AB as they would impact the asset-backed commercial paper market. Partner Bob Walder recently advised the asset-backed commercial paper dealer community comprising the Financial Intermediary Subforum of the American Securitization Forum (the "ASF") with respect to the comment letter submitted by the ASF to the Securities and Exchange Commission regarding the proposed amendments to Regulation AB as they would impact the asset-backed commercial paper market. In announcing the submission of the ASF comment letter on August 2, Tom Deutsch, Executive Director of the ASF, acknowledged Bob's efforts in helping to develop the letter on behalf of the ASF asset-backed commercial paper membership.
