Jack Rigney is a partner in Seward & Kissel's Investment Management Group. Jack joined the firm in 1984, and has been a partner since 1994.
Jack's responsibilities include the formation and representation of private investment partnerships and offshore investment funds; the registration of investment advisers and related regulatory compliance; the representation of registered investment companies; regulatory advice for commodity pools, commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors; and general corporate matters.
