Hadley S. Roe is Counsel in Seward & Kissel's Corporate Finance group. Hadley has practiced law since 1965. He joined Seward & Kissel as a partner in 1992, and became counsel in April 2012.
Hadley specializes in second hand vessel and newbuilding financing, purchase and sale, leasing and chartering transactions representing banks, owners and charterers, and has over 40 years experience in these practice areas. He is well known in the international ship finance community for his technical proficiency and depth of knowledge in these areas involving both United States and foreign registered vessels, as well as for his extensive experience in maritime security enforcement.
