Main Biography
Thomas is an associate in the Global Bank and Institutional Finance group. He received a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Emory University School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Society. Thomas studied Mandarin at National Taiwan Normal University, 2004-2005, with a one-year scholarship from the Taiwanese Ministry of Education (selected by the U.S. Department of Education's Fulbright-Hayes Program).
