Noah Czarny is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Investigations Group. He represents companies and individuals in connection with white collar criminal and civil government investigations and enforcement actions brought by the DOJ, SEC, CFTC, and other regulators. Noah also represents clients in complex commercial litigations, including class action lawsuits, securities litigations, employment matters, and bankruptcy litigations. He also provides guidance on compliance with U.S. sanctions administered by OFAC. As part of the Firm’s pro bono practice, Noah represents asylum seekers in immigration court.

Noah received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A. from Brandeis University. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
