Lori Sullivan, counsel in the Trusts & Estates Practice Group, will be speaking at the New York State Bar Association’s upcoming Annual Meeting on January 26, 2022. The Trust & Estates Law Section webinar is titled “Better to Give or Receive? Gifting in 2022.” 

Lori will be speaking on the program titled, “Gifting and Ethical Considerations,” which will look at the myriad ethical issues that arise with gifts, including gifts to attorneys, conflicts of interest, and the donor’s capacity.
