Maureen Hurley is senior counsel in Seward & Kissel’s Investment Management Group. Maureen joined the firm upon graduation from law school and became a partner prior to senior counsel.
Maureen advises sponsors and managers of private investment funds (including hedge funds, private equity funds, funds of funds and hybrid funds) as well as separately managed accounts.
Maureen received a B.A. from Georgetown University, magna cum laude, and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
