Arthur Kozyra is an associate in Seward & Kissel’s Corporate Finance Group. He has practiced law since 2001. Arthur joined Seward & Kissel as an associate in April 2005.
Arthur specializes in corporate securities and capital market transactions. He represents foreign and domestic issuers in private placements, initial and secondary United States public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Arthur has acted as counsel to issuers in offerings by companies in the international transportation industry involving equity offerings and dual listings.
Arthur has been a member of the Supervisory Committee of the Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union, a financial institution with over $1.0 billion in assets. He holds a juris doctor degree, cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law. Arthur is fluent in Polish.
