Paul Koepp is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation & Investigations Group. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation, criminal prosecutions, regulatory probes and bankruptcy matters. Paul has experience litigating securities law, employment law, and other commercial disputes in federal and state courts and in FINRA arbitration. He also provides clients guidance on compliance with U.S. sanctions administered by OFAC.
Paul received a J.D. from New York University School of Law, a Masters in Journalism & French Studies from New York University, and an A.B. from Princeton University.
