In October 2013, TOP Ships Inc. (Nasdaq: TOPS), an international maritime shipping company, sold the ship-owning subsidiaries which own the six vessel fleet to an affiliate of AMCI Poseidon Fund LP, for an aggregate cash consideration of approximately $173 million less approximately $135 million in debt and swap obligations of TOP Ships assumed by AMCI.
