Key Matters: The team advised New York-based private equity firm WOEP on its acquisition of a minority interest in FCO Advisors, a private municipal investment fund. Other recent work includes assisting Hunter Maritime Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition company, with its business combination with NCF Wealth Holdings, a Chinese fintech company; and acting for Ocean Rig, an international offshore drilling contractor, in its merger agreement with Transocean, the world’s largest offshore drilling contractor.
