Katherine Porter is an Associate in the Litigation Group. She specializes in employment law and provides advice to clients on all aspects of employment law matters, including workplace issues, hiring and termination decisions, discrimination claims and compliance with employment laws. She routinely drafts employment-related agreements and policies and counsels on employment issues for business transactions. She also litigates employment claims and has worked on litigation teams defending individuals and businesses against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to pay wages, misclassification and breach of contract.
Ms. Porter served as a Law Clerk to Honorable John A. Woodcock, Jr. in the District of Maine from 2012-2013. She received a J.D., cum laude, from Hofstra Law School and a B.A. from Tufts University.
