In July 2015, Saguenay Strathmore Capital, a Jersey-organized fund of hedge funds investment manager with offices in London, New York and Canada, was sold to U.S.-based fund of hedge funds manager Titan Advisors, LLC. Founded in 2002, Saguenay Strathmore’s clients include private investment funds, international institutions, pension funds, families and high-net-worth individuals. The combined firm manages approximately $4 billion. A Seward & Kissel team led by partners Meir Grossman, James Abbott, Steven Nadel and James Cofer and counsel Robert Chender, and including associates Danielle Lemberg, Julia Spivack, Kevin Neubauer, Lawrence Pace, Jeff Kang, David Nangle, Nicholas Kaasik and Celindra Metro, represented Saguenay Strathmore and its principal shareholders in this transaction.
