(ZTHO/OB) is a company that deploys formulation, processing, and product performance solutions built around proprietary corn-based and oat-based dietary fibers for global food markets. On January 15, 2010, Z Trim completed a PIPE whereby it issued to Brightline Ventures I, LLC 130 units consisting of senior secured convertible notes and warrants for an aggregate offering price of $1,300,000.
