Scott’s Cove Capital Management is a registered investment advisor focusing on an event-driven credit long short investment strategy. In January 2008, Scott’s Cove was acquired by Katonah Debt Advisors L.L.C., a wholly-owned affiliate of Kohlberg Capital Corporation (NasdaqGS:KCAP). A Seward & Kissel team led by partners Craig Sklar and Patricia Poglinco represented Scott’s Cove. Terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
