Represented Arden Asset Management in connection with the acquisition of the $1.3 billion Robeco-Sage fund of hedge funds business of Robeco Group.

Arden Asset Management is an independent global fund of hedge funds investment management company with approximately $7.2 billion under management and offices in New York and London. On October 1, 2011, Arden completed the acquisition of the $1.3 billion Robeco-Sage fund of hedge funds business of Dutch-based Robeco Group. A Seward & Kissel team led by partners Jim Abbott, Edward Horton, Paul Miller and Jim Cofer and including Jonathan Bobinger, Jennifer Pearson, Alexandra Segal, Chris Scully and Young Seo represented Arden in connection with this transaction.
