(OTCQB: SYTE) in connection with its merger with CrossingBridge Advisors, LLC, an SEC-registered investment adviser managing strategies primarily focused on ultra-short duration, low duration high yield, responsible credit, and special purpose acquisition companies.   Enterprise Diversified is primarily focused on partnering with alternative asset managers, in addition to holding interests in companies associated with internet access.  Both Enterprise Diversified and CrossingBridge have become wholly owned subsidiaries of the newly formed holding company, ENDI Corp., a Delaware corporation that trades on the OTC market.
