On December 19, 2022 France-based iM Global Partner announced that it had acquired a strategic, non-controlling stake in Wilkes-Bare, Pennsylvania-based investment advisory firm Berkshire Asset Management. Berkhsire, with US$ 3.96 billion of assets under advisement, specializes in dividend-focused US equity portfolios. iM Global Partner is a worldwide asset management network that is present in 16 locations across Europe and the United States. Seward & Kissel acted as counsel to iM Global Partner in connection with this transaction.
