A private investment fund client, investing through a Luxembourg SICAR holding company structure, made three separate equity acquisitions giving it a controlling interest in a Polish entity that holds a portfolio of venture capital investments in Polish companies. A Seward & Kissel team led by partner James Abbott and including associates Arthur Kozyra and Gerhard Anderson represented the investment fund in this transaction.
