Brendon Vetter is an associate in Seward & Kissel’s Corporate Finance Group. He works with various financial institutions, such as banks, insurance companies and asset managers, on complex structured financing transactions, including collateralized loan obligations, secured credit facilities, receivables purchase facilities, and whole business securitizations. Brendon also represents lead arrangers, lenders and borrowers in syndicated term loan and revolving facilities and warehouse lending facilities.
Brendon received his A.B. from Princeton University with high honors, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School cum laude.
