June 24, 2020

Join partners Robert Kurucza (formerly with the Treasury Department and SEC), Rita Glavin and Michael Considine (both formerly with the DOJ) and Counsel Philip Moustakis (formerly with the SEC) as they discuss enforcement risks and compliance strategies in the COVID-19 era. As seen during the 2008 financial crisis, government agencies are collaborating to investigate and prosecute COVID-funding misconduct. In this webinar, we will discuss:

  • investigative efforts
  • how companies can navigate enforcement
  • the implementation of effective compliance strategies
  • what to expect moving forward

Rita Glavin is co-head of the Firm’s Government Enforcement and Internal Investigations practice. She formerly served as head of the DOJ’s Criminal Division and was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York.
