Counsel David E. Stutzman was elected a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) at its annual meeting on March 12, 2021. Established in 1949, ACTEC is the nation’s preeminent nonprofit association of peer-elected trust and estate attorneys. Its Fellows, who practice throughout the United States and abroad, are elected based upon their outstanding reputation, exceptional skill, and substantial contributions to the field by lecturing, writing, teaching and participating in bar activities. The College’s aim is to improve and reform probate, trust and tax laws, procedures, and professional practice standards.
