Bradley Fay to Participate in ABA 2025 Fall Tax Meeting

Partner Bradley Fay will speak on the “Private Equity Investment Through Your 401(k) Plan (Part II) – Where are we and what to expect?” panel on Monday, October 20, at the American Bar Association (ABA)’s Virtual 2025 Fall Tax Meeting. The panel will focus on what constituents—including employers, plan investment committees, and participants—should expect as private fund investments continue to be a possible offering in 401(k) plan lineups.
