Andrew Jacobson will be speaking on two panels at this year’s 2020 Annual Trade Finance & Compliance Conference on December 2 and 3, 2020. The first panel, titled “Shipping Guidelines from OFAC and OFSI,” will focus on sanctions risk to vessel owners, charterers, and others in the transportation industry. The second panel, titled “Trade Sanctions,” will focus on OFAC enforcement trends, terrorist financing, and predictions for a new Presidential administration. Registration for the conference can be found here.
