Andrew Jacobson will be speaking on two panels at this year’s 2021 Annual Trade Finance Compliance Conference (New York) on October 28, 2021. The first panel, titled “Anti-Boycott Compliance: Presentation & Panel Discussion,” will focus on U.S. anti-boycott laws and best practices for compliance. The second panel, titled “Trade Sanctions,” will focus on new developments in U.S. sanctions laws, including recent enforcement trends.
