Andrew Jacobson will be speaking on two panels at the upcoming 2021 Annual LC Survey West – Americas & Europe Conference on April 28th and 29th. The first panel is titled “Digitalisation of Trade – What’s Advancing and What’s Idling,” and will focus on the impact that blockchain and other fintech platforms are having on trade finance. The second panel is titled “Sanctions & Scams,” and will focus on emerging trends in economic sanctions laws, including conflict in laws between the U.S., China, and other jurisdictions.
