Counsel David E. Stutzman and associate Samuel F. Thomas spoke at a continuing legal education program at the New York City Bar Association on “Estate Planning Misfires of the Rich and Famous,” hosted by the Association’s Estate and Gift Taxation Committee, of which David is Chair and Sam is Secretary.  The program drew lessons on proper estate planning practices from highly publicized battles involving the families and estates of celebrities, with the goal of aiding attorneys in avoiding family fights for their own clients.  The online webinar took place on July 21, 2020.
