Seward & Kissel partners Debbie Franzese and Joe Morrissey were joined by SKRC’s David Tang to discuss the recent OCIE Risk Alert which outlines areas of deficiencies that OCIE has identified in examinations of registered investment advisers that manage private equity funds and hedge funds.  The speakers addressed several deficiencies highlighted in the alert, including those related to conflicts of interest disclosure.
