Please join Seward & Kissel for a presentation in which partner Paul Clark will discuss emerging trends and regulatory issues in Fintech, including trends in mobile banking, P2P payments, lending and robo advisors, with a discussion of the controversy surrounding the OCC’s proposed FinTech charter.

Paul is a partner in the Washington, DC office and is a member of the Financial Services Regulatory Group. Over the last 30 years Paul has represented many clients, including so-called FinTech companies, on new financial products. Paul teaches a course on FinTech at Berkeley Law School, has lectured on FinTech at NYU Law School and has been a member of the faculty of the American Bar Associations’ Fundamentals of Banking Law program.
