The Subcommittee was responsible for publishing “A Trial-Ready Manual for Pro Se Litigants Appearing Before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.” The Manual is a practical resource and guide to understanding basic trial rules and procedures that provide persons representing themselves with an overview of trial practice in the Court. It is available on the SDNY website and is provided to every pro se litigant whose case is scheduled for trial.
