Seward & Kissel was Counsel to Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, the indenture trustee, in the Cerro Negro project; the Firm was also Counsel to the US Bank Trust National Association, again the indenture trustee, for the Petrozuata project. An award will be given for Seward & Kissel’s work in Sao Paulo on March 5, 2009.
