The article focuses on the team behind Solana, one of the largest blockchain networks, becoming the latest to engage in a corporate shuffle potentially aimed at deflecting claims of centralization. Philip commented on the matter, “[I]f the SEC were to bring an enforcement action involving SOL, in prosecuting its case, it would likely focus on the initial launch of token and its early years.”
