Catherine V. LoTempio is a member of the Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Group based in New York. She counsels lenders; bondholders; creditor committees and members of creditor committees; corporate trustees and agents; borrowers; equity holders; investors; and other secured and unsecured creditors on complex bankruptcy matters, including Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court restructurings and structured finance transactions.

Anna C. Weigand is a member of the Investment Management Group based in the Washington, D.C. Anna counsels organizations in the investment management industry, including investment companies, investment advisers and broker-dealers. She advises clients on statutory and regulatory matters relating to fund formation, operations and compliance programs and counsel boards of directors on fund governance and fiduciary duty issues.
