Biography
Alex is an associate in the Investment Management Group, where she advises investment managers of private investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds, on fund formation and structuring, regulatory and compliance matters, investor negotiations and ongoing operational issues. In addition, Alex regularly advises institutional investors and high net worth clients in connection with their investments in private investment funds. Alex assists clients in identifying potential governance and commercial issues associated with such investments and negotiating fund documentation and side letters to protect client interests.
Alex received a B.A. from Yeshiva University and a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
