Andrew R. Notaro is the Chief Operating Officer of Seward & Kissel. In that role, he has responsibility for leading and directing all business and operational functions of the Firm. He is a member of the firm’s senior leadership, and along with the management committee is responsible for the execution and long-term success of the firm’s strategy.
Andrew is a seasoned legal executive, with nearly 20 years of broad experience in operations, finance, strategic planning, information technology, legal innovation, sales, and talent management. He is highly knowledgeable about current trends in legal operations and has a track record of leveraging technology to enhance productivity, increase profitability, and improve operational efficiencies. Andrew believes that relationships and culture are the key to a successful organization and dedicates himself to building collaborative and inclusive teams.
Prior to joining Seward & Kissel, Andrew held the role of Chief Practice Officer at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. He also previously held the position of Executive Director of Fullbridge Inc. and was the Litigation and Controversy Practice Administrator Coordinator at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP.
