Biography
Anthony serves as Head of Seward & Kissel’s Digital Assets practice.
He is a frequent participant on blockchain related panels both nationally and internationally and has given guest lectures on the subject at Colorado State University and Catholic University.
Anthony has served as President of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of the Greater Washington, DC Area and as Secretary of the District of Columbia Bar. He is fluent in German. Anthony is also a contributor to Seward & Kissel’s cryptocurrency and blockchain blog, SKrypto.
