Catherine Read is an associate in the Global Banking and Corporate Trust Group, where she represents banks and financial institutions in various complex financing transactions.

Catherine represents trustees, administrative agents, collateral agents and collateral administrators, as well as other service providers, in a variety of matters, including secured and unsecured loan facilities, data center financing transactions and collateralized loan obligations.  She has extensive experience in advising clients on structured facility refinancings and complex collateral arrangements.

Catherine also has experience representing borrowers and lenders in fund finance transactions, including subscription credit facilities.

Catherine received a B.A., cum laude, from Trinity College and a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as a Staff Member of the International Comparative, Policy & Ethics Law Review.
