Clara Zylberg is a special counsel in the Investment Management Group. Clara’s experience is focused on alternative investment structures and related products including private investments in public equity (PIPE) transactions, registered direct offerings, exchange offers, and special-purpose acquisition companies (SPACs).
In addition to her transactional practice, Clara counsels clients on a wide array of securities regulatory issues, including compliance with Sections 13 and 16 of the Exchange Act, Rules 144 and 144A, Regulation S, and Regulation M and Rule 105.
Clara received an L.L.B. from Bar Ilan University and an L.L.M. from the New York University School of Law.
