Biography
Henry Deteskey is an associate in the Investment Management Group.
He advises sponsors of hedge, private equity, private credit and venture capital funds as well as commodity pools. Henry regularly advises clients on private fund formation, structuring, and regulatory and compliance matters. Additionally, Henry advises various investment manager clients on applicable US federal and state laws with regard to digital assets.
