Katherine Agoglia is an associate in the Investment Management Group. She advises investment managers of hedge funds, private equity funds and commodity pools. Katherine regularly advises clients on private fund formation, structuring and regulatory and compliance matters. She received a B.A., summa cum laude, from University at Albany, State University of New York and a J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal.
