Biography
Lauren Clise is an associate in the Investment Management Group and is located in Seward & Kissel’s Washington, D.C. office.
Lauren’s practice focuses primarily on regulatory, compliance and transactional matters affecting investment companies and registered investment advisers. She regularly advises clients on the establishment, registration and operation of ETFs and mutual funds, and the ongoing regulatory reporting and compliance obligations of investment companies and investment advisers. She is Chair for the Investment Management Subcommittee of the DC Bar’s Corporation, Finance, and Securities Law Community.
