Biography
Liam advises clients on complex commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine financings, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, repurchase facilities, and sophisticated leasing matters.
Liam earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Washington University Law Review and was a recipient of the Herman A. Goralnik Scholarship. Liam earned a B.A. and a B.S., summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Oklahoma Honors College.
