Biography
Linda Y. Kim is Counsel in Seward & Kissel’s Investment Management Group.
Her practice focuses on advising investment companies and investment advisers on regulatory and compliance matters under the federal securities laws. She counsels clients on fund formation, registration, and ongoing operational matters, including regulatory and reporting obligations. Ms. Kim also has significant experience advising boards of directors on fund governance, fiduciary duties, and related oversight issues.
Prior to joining Seward & Kissel, she served as in-house counsel at a large global investment adviser where she worked closely with internal business units on the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
