Biography
Luis is an associate in the Global Banking and Corporate Trust practice.
He represents banks and financial institutions in complex domestic and international financing and restructuring transactions. Luis regularly represents trustees, administrative agents, collateral agents, and collateral administrators, as well as other service providers, in a wide range of matters, including secured and unsecured loan facilities, data center financing transactions, and collateralized loan obligations, and has experience advising clients on CLO-related matters.
