Biography
Patricia Poglinco is a Partner in and Co-Head of Seward & Kissel’s Investment Management Group.
Pat’s practice primarily focuses on providing U.S. regulatory advice to U.S. and non-U.S. private fund advisers and institutional investment managers, including advice relating to SEC investment adviser registration, the development of comprehensive compliance programs and in connection with SEC and other regulatory examinations. Pat also regularly represents non-U.S. private fund advisers and institutional investment managers on SEC investment adviser status, exemption, registration and compliance issues.
Pat also has extensive experience representing sponsors and managers of private investment funds, and provides advice on the formation, structuring and operations of private investment funds of all types and strategies.
Pat regularly speaks at industry conferences on U.S. regulatory and private fund issues.
