Steve Nadel is a partner in Seward & Kissel’s Investment Management Group.
Steve brings more than 30 years of experience advising investment managers and alternative investment firms across the full spectrum of their business life cycle—from inception and growth to maturity and succession. He counsels clients ranging from start‑ups to some of the world’s largest and most prominent institutions, delivering practical, solutions‑oriented advice tailored to each client’s commercial objectives.
Steve advises on a wide range of matters, including fund structure and formation, personnel and compensation arrangements, marketing and capital raising, strategic initiatives, and complex regulatory issues.
