Taha Khan is a partner in Seward & Kissel’s Corporate Group and is the firm’s Head of Structured Credit practice. He specializes in complex structured credit and securitization transactions, including BSL CLOs, middle-market CLOs, direct lending vehicles, infrastructure debt CLOs, aircraft ABS, rated note feeders, CFOs, and fund structuring for collateral manager vehicles and captive CLO equity funds.
Taha regularly advises asset managers, sponsors, and investment platforms on complex and innovative transactions across the structured credit and private markets, bringing deep experience in manager‑side representation and first‑of‑their‑kind deal structures. His practice also encompasses aircraft and infrastructure ABS transactions, asset‑based lending and warehouse facilities, and hybrid transactions combining fund structuring, securitization, and financing elements.
Taha received his LL.B. from Victoria University.
