Biography
Yanni Monos is a law clerk in the Maritime practice within the Corporate Group.
Yanni’s practice focuses on the representation of U.S. and international lenders and borrowers in connection with secured loans and other financing transactions. He regularly works on domestic and cross-border shipping transactions, including vessel sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring matters.
Yanni’s experience in the Corporate Group includes matters ranging from the organization and formation of joint ventures and other business entities, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and general corporate matters.
Prior to law school, Yanni served in the Hellenic Armed Forces.
