The first is titled, “Drafting Effective Key Person Provisions for Hedge Funds (Part One of Two)” and the second is titled, “Grappling With a Key Person Event at a Hedge Fund (Part Two of Two).”
Part One explains, among other issues, what key person provisions are, where they typically appear, how they are triggered and why regulators focus on them; Part Two delves into the operational logistics of what happens when a key person event occurs.
